Excellent customer service, very friendly and chatty......just like shops use to be back in the day! Big jim the delivery driver is an absolute character! He always has a smile on his face and makes customers feel very welcome!

Nice helpfull staff and happy to help. Door bust for a very long time. Had to go around the shop again to get out the bulding not when loads of shopping. Glad the door has been repaired

To be honest I rarely go into Iceland. This time I was in a rush. An assistant asked me if he could help me so he'd seen the green lanyard. Everytime I looked for something specific he was there to offer guidabce. I was very impressed and I said so. He said he'd mention my comment to the manager and I said that we all need encouragement in these hard times.Before I went in a man said he would watch our dog for me while I was in the shop.

Great to see social distancing tape in most aisles. However staff dont appear to be taking this seriously. Two members of staff stood chatting to a friend at the doors on the right hand side in aisle one. A member of staff told the young lass with glasses and a tattoo on her right hand to move out of the way. She took umbrage and stood shaking her head. I said the lines are there for a reason. The three of them them then went behind the swing doors. Im hoping a manager reads this and reminds staff why the tape is two meters apart. This happened approximately 45 minutes ago at 1145.

Fri night visit. Not v busy. Staff was helpful when I was looking for a certain item. Lady on the till was knowledgeable when I asked about the bonus card.. Only a 10 min drive from home.

Iceland Supermarket Hull
This is one of the smaller stores, which still have a good selection. Always competitive and super friendly staff, they're not a grumpy lot. Easy parking too in their own car park.
