I have never been made so welcome in my life, I have extreme social anxiety, and can't cope with new places! But Demi made me feel so welcome, talked me threw everything, and made me for the first time in years feel beautiful! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family, and will definitely be back! I can't thank you guys enough for making me feel I was worth it ❤️

Excellent service. Karl is my hairdresser who just gets me and my hair. He does the keratin colouring and everything else in between. I love him. The atmosphere is superb that it’s very mellow. Oh yes and they serve excellent coffee.

I made an appointment for a haircut meant to be a hair donation for The little princess trust". This is free of charge. I chose this salon because it was the most convenient for me in terms of distance. I also chose a person who was a stylist. One week prior to the appointment I was called and told that I would be booked 15 minutes later than originally scheduled. I didn't mind. Arriving at my appointment

Im so so so pleased I went to get my hair cut here. Olena looked after me and despite me not really knowing exactly what I wanted, she was patient. While I was babbling on trying to get her opinion, she picked up on little nuances like me often tying my hair up - she made sure that the short layers would all easily be tied up without a problem. She listened to me and understood what I wanted more than I really understood myself...this is something that I've found difficult with many hairdressers which has often made me shy away from going/trying something new.Anyway, the whole experience was lovely. I love that the products they use are cruelty free and I love the family like atmosphere. I highly recommend this hair salon and ofcourse the sweet Olena! <3
