Very unsatisfied! Bought a pair of shoes that I wore only for a couple of minutes and walked outside on a rainy day. I forgot to clean the shoes a little before I had to return to the store. The manager was very rude and did not exchange the pair for a different size that I needed. Don't blame the employees, the manager herself teaches them how to behalf with their customers. At least they could speak well.

Good price. Salomon trail running shoes i bought are excellent. If you are finding shoes for trail, hiking, running, or walking, Sports Direct will satisfy you.But, more staffs are needed.. i waited too long in front of the check counter..

There were enough selections of things that I wanted to buy; however, the shopping experience was only so so. The shop is dark and the sales looked bore.The queue to pay was very confusing and I didn’t like the unorganised system at all.

Extremely Disappointed with Sports Direct's Customer Service.I recently had a highly unpleasant experience at Sports Direct, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with their customer service. I asked his name which he told his name was Sam, I don't know if it was his real name. He got offended while asking his name. He seemed disinterested in assisting me and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. His tone was very rude, and he made me feel like a burden for simply asking a question.Never coming back again.

Hope if it was less than 0 , i would have definitely given that . The reason being is the attiude of the workers working there. I tried a shoe pair nd it was totally perfect and i asked for the second pair to one of the worker to get it done , but he ignored directly and just passed by , then i went further and 3 workers were standing together gossiping, nd i asked the same thing to one of them , 1 again ignored and the 2nd person got the shoe from me to get the second pair but he did not leave , he kept on talking while holding the pair i had given him to look for .. literallyyy , was so happy to get those shoes but disappointed with the customer service they provided .. ,

Wasting time and money. Refusing refund bought with them because how they managing their stocks. Selling faulty items, when it is come to bring it back they wash their hands but keep your money with them. That is why high street stores dying. They do not care. At the end will be only Amazon I guess. Well done. Enjoy your correct stock handling and merry christmas.

The worst shopping ever!! Fake safety shoes and very expensive! After i used them for just 10 days, they got ripped , so i had to use fast glue as you see in the picture. Waste of money.

It really is an extensive catalogue of sportswear - the sheer variety, particularly of football shirts, is staggering. I would love to see them supporting local teans though - maybe offering QPR or AFC Wimbledon shirts.
