Love morrisons, they are a bit more expensive than they were but think that's everything. Nice big deli counter, always very pleased with items bought. Like that they have lots of fresh ingredients instead of lots of pre packaged. This store is nice and clean with friendly helpful staff.

I visit this store regularly and I used one of the new self checkouts, I had scanned all of my items but had to wait for a menber of staff to check that I had, I waited so long I had ran out of time to pay not the fault of the staff member because he was extremely busy. Morrisons may want to rethink this for the benefit of the staff who I always find very helpful and friendly

Toilets are always bogging the one cubical doesn’t even lock this is not ideal for me as I work out of a van and public toilets and supermarkets are my go too when in need. Hot food counter rarely has all food options available which is annoying but on the plus side I save a few pennies. One good thing would be the cheap prices of the freshly baked items they have on offer

Morrisons Llanishen Cafe - don't go here if you want to feed your children second time we come because they advertise kids eat free and both times they won't cook hot food because they say they are under staff yet there are 3 staff standing around talking. The tables and floors are all dirty it's unacceptable to advise something you clearly don't deliver on.

I hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately this is just down to one individual in Ty Glas Morrison. The girl at the customer service desk has no smile, and is very unwelcoming. I can understand a bad day but this is everytime. She’s usually on her phone too. To top it all off she is very unhelpful, when taking one or two items, she refuses to serve and says use the kiosk because this is a customer service desk. For gods sake there is no one else here and you are on your bloody phone!! How you chose to have this individual at this desk is beyond me!

No food shop delivery today. No message or call to say why. Payment taken out of bank. No telephone number on website to contact anyone. Shocking!! What on earth do I do. I've paid over £100 for nothing!!

Shop is fine, checkout lady prefers looking at her phone instead of serving customers, they're people/queue behind me & she's looking at her phone, I used to work in retail, you are not allowed mobile phones on the shop floor while you're working!!

Bought two boxes of cereal from here the other day and opened one to find it was less than half full! Opened the other, low and behold it was the same. Morrisons brand… never buying again or using your supermarket. Absolute lying thieves, false advertising etc. how pathetic are you that now you need to rip people off by putting less Cereal in the box. You people are just parasites with your dastardly profiteering

Again, we turn up to pick up pre ordered food only to find it was tranfered from H/O.We had to wait 15 mins for a manager to tell us that we will have ti have these... items just picked of the shelves.Sadly the managers we spoke to wasnt interested at all and it was left for a good customer service guy to help us.The food ordering service just doesnt work between H/O and the shop.Very very disappointed
