Swoon Gelato
Firstly, very nice Gelato. However, the worst service ever. Super baby unfriendly. The female manager is very rude, offensive and hate baby. We did the nap changing in the store, and we are the only customers. The whole procedure lasted for 3 minutes, no one tell us not to do the changing here, and then the manager came and said it’s not allowed to do baby changing here, in a very rude way. Then we apologized to her, and ready to leave with our nappy. The manager came and said we can not drop nappy in the store bin in an offensive and cold shoulder attitude. Actually we are not dropping nor intending to drop the nappy here, we even cleaned the table ourselves. Maybe we did not follow the rules (but we never know it and there’s no notice or sign), but we already apologized, twice, still the manager keeps the attitude and warn us not to leave nappy here.

I fell in love with swoon in Bristol and I am so happy I get to have it in Oxford as well! The staff member was sooo lovely! and great customer service with advice on flavors as well. Seasonal flavor was great! - mascarpone and cherry cheese cake was great quality as always :) It could be great if we can get some point card system and having hand sanitizer in the entrance was great as well. The interior looked very cosy as well! Highly recommend :)

Anything you make and present with love.., it’s definitely going to be tasty. That’s what I got from Swoon Oxford. Lovely staff and it’s great to see that they love what they are doing, outcome is great treat and happy vibe you get from inside the shop. The gelato was amazing and I had a coffee which was so good. I loved the vibe I got from this place. A must visit.

Hands down best gelato / ice cream shop in Oxford! Gelato tastes like you are in Italy. Lovely staff as well. No wonder it’s so busy. Highly recommended.

That is my favourite place for ice cream in Oxford. I always get pistachio because it is the best, and some other flavour. They are a bit pricey.

Good ice-cream, but service in every one of the occasions that I have been in there... Has been terrible. No matter if you are the only one in there...But nice flavours and texture. The cone could be better

Needed some icecream after an evening meal. This place was open, near a Park and Ride bus, and had a decent set of flavours.Best of all - my dining partner paid for the treat ;-)
