One really shouldn’t enjoy going to the dentist, however, because of my dentist Sam and dental nurse Allyson I do. They are both so friendly, put you at ease and know exactly what they are doing which is greatly comforting. Please don’t hesitate to visit them should you be at all wary of dentists. First class dentist in Bangor! Always made to feel at ease with all staff who are very friendly and welcoming. Sam, Alison & Shamrock are the team who take care of my teeth and always inspire confidence with their thoroughness and knowledge.

I’m very happy and at ease with Bupa Dental Care Bangor Lodwig Villa and know from my experience that the professional treatment and care given by the Dentists, Hygienist and nurses is absolutely great. Not forgetting all the staff who are very helpful and a friendly. I know I’m looked after by them all as they are a great team which gives me complete confidence in them all.

I've always feared dentist however, Sunitha and Catrin have turned that around. I have had some problems with other dentist, nothing has ever been a problem for these two and they've done a lot of good work on my teeth in time for my wedding in August, highly recommend Sunitha, she has a passion and care for her role. Linda and Wendy also make you feel welcomed when attending.

Sam is 'the man'. My friend recommended him after a calamity at a nearby dental practice for me - I was treated abomibly there. I have had the treatment I wanted and needed with Sam. His nurse, Anne was lovely, helpful and very gentle in her dealing with me. I really cannot recommend these guys enough.

Excellent dental practise, I highly recommend them. Just been treated by Shamrock the dental hygienist for a clean & polish and after many years of sometimes brutal treatment at other places this man is the best, so much so I am actually looking forward to my next visit. Great job, thanks.

Friendly customer service. I have just finished a course of treatment with Dentist Sam which was excellent. Also his Dental nurse Alison was great. I came away a very happy bunny. Lovely jubbly experience all round. Thanks.

Sam and Alison are always welcoming and make me feel relaxed and reassured (crucially important as many don't look forward to a visit to the dentist).I will also add that Sam also takes the time to take a 'patient viewpoint' to explain and discuss treatment options; I am grateful for this as it makes a huge difference to me to know I have some control over treatment options and timescales.Earlier this month (Feb 2023) I needed an extraction. As experiences go, I was more than pleasantly surprised, as it was quick and totally pain-free.Thank you Sam and Alison.Also a thank you to reception staff as they are always friendly and helpful.
