Staff say there going to ring and never do if you want to employ staff then at least keep them in the loop instead of making up excuses not very professional

Interview is just a funToday I had my interview at Sunderland 12/12/2022I was well prepared and confidentFound my qualifications meets it’s requirements and DBS is already on the wayInterviewer made funny usual filling questionstinar and she asks and before my answer is complete reply with “perfect” and I confirmed that she received my answer in correct way or anymore details required she says “yes that’s fine “I was not happy with these questionare type interview and moreover fire shoot typeEventhough I was having chances for getting this job since they hire fresherFinally I was not selected for the reason was shocking questions answer were not complete .Management pls respect others and value their timeAnd allot some senior or experienced staff for filling your questionsIf u don’t have pls give those form to the candidates they will fill and give it you .I write this for improving routes careAnd for the future candidates
