Excellent service, a small part of a larger unit failed, thay replaced the whole unit without question and sent it priority post so it arrved within 24 hours. Perfect

I placed an order for next day delivery which arrived incomplete. Impossible to contact the company. Very frustrating.

Worst company I have ever dealt with .I placed an order for 3 items on the 13th May one item was delivered in 3 days the other 2 are still outstanding and it is now the 17 June . Its very frustrating I have sent 4 emails requesting progress , and all the response I have received is 3 generic auto generated emails and one off from there customer service advisor who e-mailed on the 28 th May stating that he would chase the items up, 3 weeks later I still have had noanswer from them.I have been unable to contact anyone by phone and no body at the company has the decency to contact me .I have recently requested that they return the payment in lieu of the goods and still I have had no response whatsoever.

Dreadful quality. My waterirrigation branded hose reel is unusable. The design is dreadful.Sadly I had to drill holes in my wall before finding this out.I contacted the company 1 month ago, no response.

I had an issue with a hose reel that I’d had in my van for at least four weeks, it just wasn’t up to the job I needed I contacted these guys told themI wasn’t happy, they couldn’t do enough to put things right, 10/10 for help. In business we have problems and issues it’s how the person resolves the problem that counts these guys 10/10

DO NOT USE. If I could give them no stars I would….. placed an order with next day delivery for a Father’s Day gift. Parcel never arrived.. contacted them regarding the issue to which they replied a day later saying the parcel was lost in transit and had sent another. Once again this parcel did not arrive, Father’s Day had been and gone at this point. I got in touch again and requested a refund, which they replied with how the second parcel had also been lost in transit and were issuing a refund… I’m still waiting on the refund. Thank god for PayPal.

Horrible company to buy from, ordered something urgent and paid extra for next day delivery. 6 days later I'm still waiting for the item. I know deliveries can be effected by weather or the current pandemic, but the item isn't getting sent out although it was marked as in stock. The customer service won't reply to my emails either. I'm stuck without my order and I'm paying the builder to stand around as he can't work without the bits

So, I left an item off my order, you cant ring them for some bizarre reason, emailed to explain to be told the courier has collected - this is at 10:30 in the morning. I explained that I know couriers do not collect until late PM and that you could add to the package and save me another shipping cost, insisted it had already shipped, so I asked for tracking number no reply until after 5pm when they gave me a shipping number - yes as I said THE COURIER WOULD COLLECT LATE PM - great customer service !! WILL NOT BE LIED TO AND WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

I wish I'd read the reviews before giving these lot my money. Still awaiting courier details on Thursday after ordering on Saturday for next day delivery. Even with a bank holiday it should have arrived a day ago. And there's notelephone number so I cant talk to a person. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone , amd fear I've lost my money.
