Sadly I can only report a dismal and shambolic experience. After waiting 9 weeks for my order to come in, the order was incomplete. Initially tried to blame me. I mean, why on earth would I go back, or recommend to anyone else? I need my tools for work, so this has been a total disaster all ways round..Sadly, I have to give one star to be able to post a review, otherwise it would be a zero.

I have visited this shop, twice in the last 3 months. First to try to obtain a cog for a Peerless transaxle (gearbox). I was informed I probably wouldn't get the part, I week later I obtained said cog from a one man business in Germany.Yesterday I went to this shop with two drive belts for my sit on Bolens mower.Immediately informed they didn't have them and I was very unlikely to get them. No examination, no measurements, just a few taps on the computer. Today I obtained said belts, being told the belts are among the most common belts used on garden tractor mowers. If there was a prize for the most unhelpful mower shop, this one must win gold.
