Over the past 18 years I have had cats, rabbit horses and dogs from Freshfields..staff are lovely and very caring. Don't understand people making negative remarks about not taking dogs. Maybe they cant accomodate any more. We were checked out and made sure we were suitable. They always need donations of blankets, bedding and food

Amazing helpful staff. I was very lucky that they took in a cat that had found its way to my back garden. The animals all look happy. They accept donations for the animals too.

All the freshfield people I have met or spoken to are so caring towards animals.This is the second time for me to ask for their help with stray cats.And both time they have been able to help me.The first time the cat was found a new home in a matter of weeks and the second cat had a chip so they were able to return her to her ownes she had been lost for 3 weeks and found 10 miles from home.These people are genuine animal lovers and we all need to donate as much as we can as often as we can .Thank u all at freshfields.

Very good place and friendly people helpful.I had 2 cats from there well looked after the staff are very caring and always put the safety and well-being of the animals first, and vet people who are looking for a pet and only let the right person with the best pet well professionally run and well documented paperwork.Would recommend the first place to look for your perfect companion.

We have adopted 3 brother kittens from Freshfields near Caernarfon; all credit to the wonderful people who work there for giving the rescued animals a brighter future. Our boys are healthy, sociable and full of energy and zest for life! Thank you Freshfields xx

I got a dog from freshfields at the end of 2012 from this lovely shelter n staff , Coz was here ! ❤️ that gsd / collie ,became the best assistance dog there ever was ( my humble opion)our story was raken up in the North Wales daily post in 2018 , with greatsadness he died on TuesdayYdue to a massive second stroke _ fit ! This dog gave hope n courage while I was suffering being autistic n having fibromaligia! I'm a better stoger person because of Coz now .N hey im going back to freshfields again when able or more like stable .obviously I'm in turmoil at this time , well done Coz n hello again freshfields .Mr j mriddle

Freshfields Animal Rescue
We adopted a 7 month old kitten from freshfields near Caernarfon. The staff were so loving towards all the animals they care for. They are well looked after and up to date on all vetinary treatments. We are thrilled with Nicole, now called Daisy. She was a bit nervous at first but now very bold, playful and loving.
