Busy place with Job opportunities for someone who wants to drive for a living. They offer training through their driving school to become a fully functional bus driver. If you already hold a bus licence and are thinking about working for stagecoach, they are currently offering a £2000 sign on bonus.

I forgot my bag in the bus when I traveled from Heathrow to Exeter Devon on the 1st of May. We contacted them the same day about 2hours after I had arrived and they said we will get back to you after 14 days. We followed up the following week before the 14 days was up only to get an email in the afternoon that they can't find my bank I should contact my insurance company. Honestly, some things in the bag where irreplaceable and they don't seem to care. That's poor service.

Truthfully I think the old bus station was way better, yeah this is a brand new and exciting building, but per waiting area, you've got about 4 seats per bus (which is a joke) , you ask the staff a question and I feel they're not trained enough to provide an actual response other than'sorry not sure mate' ..As for cleanliness and everything else it's great, but truthfully for a nearly £40M building they could of atleast provided a better seating area for guest to wait (covid or not) and I understand that the £40M wasn't just the station, it was also the complex next door, but it's still an absolute joke, whoever drew up the blueprints and really thought that only 4 people would sit down at a peak time obviously has never caught a bus, nor have they been into Exeter Bus Station at its busiest peak, and I've seen that place heaving with guest (older people included) and standing to wait for a bus that isn't going to show up for an hour is absolutely shambolic.Rant/review over..

Close to city centre, bus driver was very helpful £2 single fare cheaper than parking and you don't have to worry about the time

Don't be fooled by the name of coach Station, this is a bus station, only this Council could spend £8 million on a coach station that doesn't take coaches, meanwhile just across the road twenty coach passengers are crowded into two leaking bus shelters that are meant to be the real coach station". These shelters have been leaking for over a year

I visited the newly built Stagecoach Bus Station adjacent to the old one which has now closed. From a transport integration view I thought it was well laid out, safe for customers and has clear timetable and stand /destination displays. The 'departure lounge' seating area on each stand was a nice touch but woefully inadequate on busier routes. The help centre was nice with maps and timetables, even a book swap bus and seating were available. There are vending machines and toilets that you have to pay for. I found it easy and safe to transit from bus to bus... And the station is only a five minute walk to the main shopping areas.

Absolute shambles as usual. Bus station was ridiculously busy, so many buses showing as running on app & on screens etc, but then didn't turn up. When we asked a driver if he knew what happened, he just stated its running". Well

Much better than the old bus station, with live updates, indoor toilet (which could do with more regular maintenance as a toilet door in gents was broken for days) benches to sit on. One area for improvement would be live update on the screen giving reason for delays and expected time of arrival

Once again came to bus station in belief we were going to catch a bus that was shown as running on website and in station but just didn't happen. Don't blame the drivers and don't agree with people venting at them but really? Is this the way to run a business? Come on Stagecoach and partners communicate with your customers. We get that times are challenging but if you continue with this shambles you will lose all good will.
