Review of Ewe Move South CerneyOur house in South Cerney was well marketed by Alex at Ewe Move. We were kept informed of progress right from the start and everything included in the costs was explained to us at the first meeting so there were no surprises later on. Excellent photographer came to take the inside and out door photos and spent a long time getting everything right including drone footage.On the first two days there were continual viewings from 9am until 2pm and 11.30am a total of 14 viewings. Plus a few further ones and second viewings . Very positive response to the viewings and we ended up with 3 full asking price offers. Alex gave the pro and cons for each offer and that gave us a chance to decide which was best in our circumstances as we hadn’t at that point found a place to go to. Once an offer was accepted we were kept informed of progress . Alex kept us calm in what is always a stressful process.We would definitely recommend Ewe Move South Cerney. They know the local market well and can accurately judge valuations to sell your house in the quickest time and for the best price.

Our first contact with EweMove as we viewed a house they were marketing. It was a breath of fresh air! The whole team were so quick in setting up the viewing, advising us on the local area, being clear on what the vendors were looking for etc Alex seems go above and beyond...to the point of phoning us to keep us in the loop while he was on a weekend break with his family!Would definitely recommend :-)

I chose this estate agent because I liked the friendly personal touch in their leaflet and their no pressure approach when I made the initial enquiry. I liked the brochure I was given on their original visit that really showed they had done their homework on my own home plus other houses in my area. It also provided me with all the information I felt I needed in order to help me make the decision (whenever I was ready), as to whether to rent or sell. I felt very at ease with Jo on that first visit from Ewemove that I didn't even bother to get a second or third opinion from anyone else, as she had given me all the information I needed and was quite happy to leave me to contact them if or when I was ready, to take that next step. A couple of months later I called to say I would like to proceed and that's when Jenna came out to see me.
