Having not been to a gym and trained properly for a number of years, joining NE1 Fitness made me realise how much I've missed it!The motivation and knowledge along with the team drive at the sessions and training variation make this a very welcoming and inclusive place for anyone.

Josh knows his stuff! Nailed my goals thanks to his help. Nutrition, workouts and motivation. When I was started I was apprehensive due to a niggling injury but any session that may have impacted was arranged with an alternative tailored to my need. When I was sent away with work and missed sessions, he made sure I was sorted with the workout. By far best group PT I've had
