Had to get a quote to get a gas line connection to the house. Lewis was the point of contact and we could not get anyone more professional, kind and swift. He immediately had the answers to all our queries and broke everything down for us which made it very to understand and reassuring. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

What a disaster - agreed installation would be 8-10 weeks in the beginning of November but told verbally it would be sooner so paid the £500. As of the 18th of January there has been no response to three emails. I feel completely conned. Please note despite the comment below from Crown Energy I have not received a full refund. What I did receive was their client list by profitability, jobs in jeopardy. This breaks every GPDR rule in the book. This Company can't be trusted in any capacity.

Really happy with the service provided from the start they were friendly and quick to respond. We dealt with Crown Energy as we were trying to arrange to have a 3 phase meter fitted at our business premises. Crown had been suggested to us previously so we decided to use their services. We'd been having huge difficulties trying to sort out the meter for several weeks and initially spoke with Tegan.Tegan was very calm and reassured us that Crown would be able to help with this. We faced a number of obstacles during the first week or two but our case was passed on to Kara, Tegan's manager, who rose to the challenge.Less than three weeks after contacting Crown Energy, we have our meter fitted and Kara is now working on our behalf on a compensation claim.We are so grateful to Kara and Tegan, and the team at Crown Energy, thank you so much.

Cheryl Tattersall - Cheryl managed to salvage the reputation of Crown Energy after a very poor customer service from many her colleagues.She sorted out the last part of the utilities and communicated with me constantly which is a massive part of why i employed a company to organise services in a new development.if you are to use this company make sure you speak to her to avoid dissapointment.
