i am quite disappointed with the experience today, had a house-viewing at 5pm, which was clearly in the email, not only was the lady very late, she told me that the appointment was at 5:30!!!! very unprofessional to tell us to walk around shops until she showed up despite already being half an hour late! unimpressed and left.
