We stayed there, and it was quite something. The rooms are outstanding. Everything is spotless. And the facilities are very much above and beyond. The food is first class, there has been allot of effort made into customer service. And it shows .plenty of parking space. Just a short bus ride to town.I would recommend it to everyone.

On the outskirt of the city this hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. No elevator to the rooms, but not a dealbreaker. Rooms were clean and all amenities we could ask for. Recommended for a visit to Edinburgh, cheap bus ride 20 minutes from the city center.

Fantastic quiet location. Rooms are a good size. View was really good from our room and the bus stop right outside takes you straight into the heart of Edinburgh

Location is close to Morningside shops, pubs and restaurantsBut Would stay again if in the area .

Absolutely smashing stay. Rooms were impeccable, clean, and well presented. The staff were welcoming, inclusive, and happy to help. We stayed for 1 night a long time ago, and it's still a memorable layover on the way to Perth. We didn't dine here, although it looked great. It's a 10 minute walk down a steep hill to shops (bare in mind the walk back up) & the local cafe's are nice & the streets feel safe.No EV charging points in the local area or at the hotel. Parking was ample. We'd stay again.

Was at our friend's wedding 9 September 2023. Wedding was great and well attended which made it. However the Bar service is the worst I've ever seen in my life. Absolutely clueless bar staff who didn't even know how to pour a drink. Absolute shambles in pricing and lifting unfinished drinks from table and bar. Absolutely appalling. It won't encourage me to revisit in the future. Less than half a star. Very Very poor

I paid £75 a night on priceline which was around the cheapest non hostel hotel in the area. Room was a nice in general but a few bits showed why it was the price it was but it was still better than what I saw of other options for the price. Shower was very nice not these pathetic affairs you find in other cheap rooms. Bed was a bit firm and heating a little lackluster for a chilly autumn Scotland but nothing that was a deal breaker. Free customer parking. If you stay find Magnus the hotel cat chilling in the reception area very cute. In summary it's budget hotel price that's nice enough to not feel like prison or student accommodation room. Book if the hotel is only a means to an end for your holiday and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Would certainly stay again.

Loved the stay in Briad Hills Hotel. Nice location and view of the park. Room was spacious. The icing on the cake was the surprise upgrade to deluxe.Really appreciate the hospitality of the staff to make our stay wonderful.
