Absolute gem of a place staff are so nice and burgers are to die for xxx

Didn't get any food from here as went up to make a simple food enquiry for an order and the lady's attitude behind the counter was horrendous. The looks she gave me and her attitude I received, when I simply asked if I could make my order and come back for it after simply nipping into B&Q for a split second. This was so that I wasn't waiting with my 1 year old in the wet and cold for too long whilst waiting for food to be prepared. Safe to say we had a maccies in stead. Won't be using that van ever nor be recommending it to anyone, if anything I will be telling people not to use.

The food isn’t disgusting, however the attitude of the woman serving the food certainly was.

worst customer service I've ever received. it was the second time I've been here. 1st time the bloke in there was great but today the woman in there. her attitude is awful. I asked to pay for an extra scoop of curry. I received a load of abuse instead. how dare I ask to pay for extra. chicken costs a fortune apparently

During 2021, had a nice cooked meal from the van, wasn't too greasy and the food was cooked lovely!Most take aways out there have dropped standards, its quite hard to find good places with good food.

The Tuck In food van has been in the B&Q carpark for a number of years now. It has a wide selection of the foods you would expect to see such as various burgers, hotdogs, chips and a number of different drinks to take away. The food is fantastic. They have made it COVID safe too. Let's support the small businesses.

Disgusting attitude from the woman in the van, rude, arrogant and then over charged me and blamed me for using a card. After that I then used the bin in front of the van to get rid of some rubbish from the car and was told off for using it.Don’t waste your time here McDonald’s give better customer service!!!!Have had food from here before and it’s usually alright nothing amazing but had worse.
