Great service from start to finish. To start Marc called and gave a detailed breakdown of the repairs he would be doing to my car. Emma kept me updated throughout via text message so I knew what stage my car was at and Simon and the other driver (sorry didn’t get his name) were great and friendly when dropping the car off. Never dealt with a company as efficient as this with so many friendly staff and my car looks good as new. Really pleased. Thank you.

Solus nottingham was aviva’s appointed repairer. They seemed really nice to deal to start with. Their work however was horrendous. I was rear ended. When I collectedthe vehicle the first time they mounted the rear camera on wonky. They fitted a damaged and bent number plate. The tailgate panel had a 1cm gap on one side. They had the car back. They tried to put the tailgate inside panel on properly. it took them two attempts. They tried four times to make and fit a number plate straight, they couldn’t do it. so they paid for me to take it to ford. We then found 7 areas on the tail gate with fish eyes in the base coat and they’d lacquered in. The tail gate handle had been siliconed in place and the silicon was bulging out over the paint, one side of handle had been damaged and you could see a pry mark where it had been removed. They fitted a sensor that was damaged and scratched in the accident. Four of the sensors weren’t fitted flush. They got chewing gum on my seat. They had the car back refitted sensors, replaced the handle and repainted the tailgate. You could then see where they removed the handle. The sanded the base coat and lacquire it in. They were shown the work and they had it back to re spray it again. They said I wouldn’t see the repair if done properly. When it was delivered back again they damaged base coat in another place and you could see where they’re masked up the panel and you could feel where they lacquire up to the masking tape. when I spoke to the work shop manager his words were “we’ve already gone above and beyond, take it an independent assessor”. The insurance arranged the assessor and everything i pointed out and criticised was correct. The assessor also pointed out the silver was darker than the rest of the car. The car then went to tc Harrison Ford in Burton on Trent and they corrected everything. Do not go to solus nottingham as they very polite to deal with but their work is very sub standard
