Brilliant service from start to finish, the least stressful estate agent I have used when selling a house by far.Tina came and did brilliant pictures at a time that suited us and on a good day for the garden on the weekend as well.Great price of the one off payment, very professional set up a contact and support network with me and my mother in case I couldn’t be contacted always answered and even provided a great solicitor who they work closely with. Disgusting! I applied to rent a property THE DAY it went on the site. Phoned numerous times, emailed numerous times, left messages numerous times as the property would have been perfect for me...never heard a thing back, I phoned again today to be told viewings was last week and that the property has already been let out. I would have thought at least one of the staff would have let me know!! Had to put one star as it wouldn't let me post this otherwise. Terrible service to customers!!

We viewed a property with JMC to rent. On the viewing we were pestered with a variety of questions about if we worked, and when answering them that we did (in good well paid jobs) asked if were we sure we worked, as if we were lying.While I understand that agents need to ensure tenants can pay their rent, the constant questioning and doubting of the answers made the process really uncomfortable. Whether we can pay the rent or not should surely be decided by the reference and credit checks we supply upon application.We were told we’d receive a phone call about the property on the following Monday. One such call, surprisingly, never came.We further enquiried about a viewing on another JMC property. On the phone call, they were really friendly until they asked if we had viewed property with them before, when replying we had and they had searched our names, their tone changed and they said they’d phone us back. Again a phone call never came.We have purposely avoided rentals advertised by this agent now, and will continue to avoid them when we are buying.

This agency took my money for a property on dyke road stop answering my calls. I have emailed you several times and no respond this is scamming and I need back my money

Put a bungalow I own on the market with JMC and it was sold within a week well above the asking price. Great communication through out the process and to top it all £595.00 for everything. Unbeatable value in my opinion.

I needed to rent a house for 6 months and JMC had the one I wanted . A really nice company to deal with, no hidden costs. Easy pleasant transaction. It just worked and was stress free. I'd use them again. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service, the best estate agent! Colin helped me to rent my house out and Tina helped to sell it. Everything is straight forward, especially thanks to Tina, she follows up the progress every single Friday with updates from both solicitor. The service JMC gave is abosultely FIVE star! Not a good agency. Arranged a viewing for a property. Was sent a message confirming the viewing about an hour or more before hand. Arrived at the property 6 minutes early, so I sent a text to inform them of this. No response or even a phone call for over 20 minutes. Extremely unprofessional. At least have the courtesy to call or text and say you can’t make it. Don’t just refuse to show. Avoid.

I have sold a couple of properties through JMC over the last 10-15 years and they have always been exceptional. Great fees, efficient and helpful. My properties sold within a few days. I have just put my most recent house on the market, I didn't even think to use any other estate agent, I went straight to JMC and my sold within a week. I can't recommend them highly enough.
