Kev and Chris came promptly to repair the roof valleys and replace broken tiles. Explained what he was doing with before and after photos. Did a great job. Would use again.

Came out to review what was needed on main roof and a flat roof. Said he needed to bring his drone the following day. Phoned him and messaged him a day or so later. NO RESPONSE. I just find this behaviour very UNPROFESSIONAL. If you don't want the work, absolutely fine with me, but let me know you are not interested. Damn RUDE

Absolutely amazing service for repairing our roof. We had a long term leaking problem at multiple points of our house. Kevin and the team showed excellent professional skills for identifying the sources of problem, sorting them out with good solutions and also identified a hidden damage of one side of the roof which we didn't know before. I can honestly say Kevin from Roof Repairs Wirral is probably the most honest, and trustworthy roofer in the Northwest. It's hard to find a trades person that won't over price something nowadays or that will quote work that actually needs doing, rather than extras. Having bought my first home, and being a project, I am doing most of the work myself working on a tight budget, however with roof work I needed to bring someone in that could assess the situation. Kevin showed up immediately, on time, when contacted for a quote and I could tell he was honest and wanted to help. He didn't push anything extra, and only told me what really needed immediate fixing or doing and at a reasonable price.On the day he showed up and pointed out a few things, took photos and more than explained on possible budget friendly solutions because he understood my position, which I appreciated. In the end he changed a leaking gutter, fixed the ridging, spotted a cracked tile and replaced it, plus placed my chimney caps. Not only was he and his colleague very professional, but they were friendly, understanding and did great work. I will hopefully be using them again soon, to fix a flat roof once I find the budget for it.If you're looking for a roofer that is professional, honest and trustworthy I don't think you'll find anyone better than Kevin and his team. Derek and Chris are friendly and efficient roofers who helped us out quickly with a job right before Christmas. Derek explained what needed to be done and showed us pictures of the issue. They turned up early on the day and rectified the issue straight away. Communication when booking in was great and I can't thank them both enough. We will 100% use them again and would recommended them to anyone.
