As usual Lorraine does an amazing job. Our Molly looks fantastic and what can I say her coat is unreal looking. Lorraine is a proper groomer always 100%.

Lorraine is brilliant, always had my shih tzu immaculate, other groomers complained she was a nightmare but Lorraine disagreed, said she was no problem to work with, I believe she was happy being groomed and handled by an expert, now does my Labrador who I know can be a handful, but arrived to collect him and seen him standing happily being groomed with tail wagging

Asked and even wrote down my 2 cavs anal glands not to be touched but went ahead anyway.Also witnessed a nervous dog. Shaking like mad, walking backwards on table, slipped noose, fell on floor and while I gasped Lorraine shouted and shook it for falling. Had gone for ages to her but when saw that I never went back. If that is what I saw what do we not see?
