Extremely disappointed by this company. I ordered hedgehog food from them via Amazon but they delivered the incorrect product, I reached out to them and in fairness they quickly responded and sent me a postage label to return product stating that once I sent them proof I had posted the item they would despatch the correct product with 24 hour shipping. I’ve sent them proof of postage and now they’ve stopped or become very slow as responding so I’ve returned a product and have nothing to show for the money I spent with this company.

Superb prices and fast free delivery. Can highly recommend and the loyalty points scheme gives you extra discount which is very welcome with three hungry mouths to feed!

Disappointed with Product and Lack of Customer SupportI recently purchased a product from Superpet and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer support. The item I received had a shelf life of less than six months, contrary to industry standards. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the pet shop for clarification and resolution, they have ignored my concerns and provided no response. It’s disheartening to see a lack of accountability and transparency from a business I once trusted. I hope they improve their customer service and product quality to better serve their customers.

I made the mistake of ordering duck feed from this company, in the process of which they signed me up for a rolling subscription of £25 a month, without informing me.Their website doesn’t allow you to check what they signed you up to and they won’t allow you to remove the payment method that they have kept unauthorised from you.Tried to cancel by emailing them and was met with the most shocking customer service (not surprising, having read the other reviews now) and then was told “this has nothing to do with us” when I informed them that if they don’t cancel this rolling subscription I haven’t signed up to then I will be contacting my bank.Went through my bank and blocked future payments, so hopefully they won’t charge me again.Do not buy from this company, they will sign you up to a rolling subscription when you buy and will then outright refuse to remove your payment details from their system. - you will end up going through the hassle of calling your bank and directly blocking them from taking payments.

Ordered an item on Amazon with a company called Superpetstoreuk247 which is run by the same family that runs Superpet Ltd. This review is a warning to watch out ordering from this business or related businesses. The company used a completely incompetent delivery company to “deliver” my item. The delivery company didn’t even attempt to deliver it to my address and I know this for a fact as I was at home and my video doorbell didn’t have a delivery driver even attempt delivery. I questioned where my order was and they sent me a picture of it left on the wrong doorstep in full view of passers by. Not only were they super rude and have no customer service skills in their response, they refused to accept accountability. As a result, I haven’t received my order and I am now out of pocket. The obvious action for the company to do is contact the delivery company and hold them accountable and refund me for the item I did not receive. However, they stand by the order was delivered and “signed for” by my name at the wrong address. They can’t provide evidence this was signed for as it would be physically impossible for me to sign for an item at an address I don’t live at. Obviously too much effort for them to do the right thing and I’m so disgusted. Currently taking this matter forward with Amazon which is wasting my own time. Thanks a lot! A warning to others thinking of using a company that thinks their responsibility of customer service ends once a transaction is complete and thinks it’s ok for a delivery company to leave your order outside on public view at the wrong address.*In response to the company who responded below. According to Companies House, Superpet Limited is run by the family surname Goode and Superpetstoreuk247 is also run by a surname Goode family member. The same Goode is named on both businesses so I can only assume they are related somehow.
