When picking up our Shihpoo, we were told that a scab was caught in the bath, and she bled a little . Later on in the day we discovered that her paw pad had been cut open when attempting to trim her nails. If the staff had of said that this had accidentally happened instead of lying to us, would have been much more understanding, and been able to keep a closer eye on her during the day. But instead they covered up their mistake.Other than this, service was good, and as we asked.
