Moss Seat
Very windy when I was there and quite a few people were walking on the Cleveland Way. Nice view down to Hummersea, Cattersty Sands and Huntcliff.

Panoramic viewpoint mainly of the Cleveland coastline. Accessible by walking along the cliff top path between Staithes and The Grove (Skinningrove)

A beautiful part of the coastline with a good variety of birds. We particularly enjoy the puffins a little further down the path; watching them flap their wings furiously to swoop back onto the cliff edges is a real joy. It's not a very stable part of the cliff so you can't safely sit on the edge but there is lots of walking around here, including into the old alum works (which resembles a moonscape, full of fossils) or inland to listen to the skylarks or watch the barn owls hunt during the day. On a good day you might spot deer or hares in the crops and hedges.

What a beautiful place. Only accessible by foot but worth every step. I got to route that showed the extent of cliff collapse which the pictures do not do justice. Dynamic and calm at the same time. Beautiful

Fantastic views, very rich in bird life. Best enjoyed as part of a walk along the varied and dramatic coast between Staithes / Cowbar and Skinningrove.
