This a great store for outdoor clothing and camping equipment. They have clothing that is suitable for all weathers.The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is in the middle of Keswick. They often have discounted items.

Went in to look around. Spotted a coat I liked so went to try it on. The security tag was looped through the sleeve and under the hem of the coat so it was impossible to actually see what it looked like. Approached an assistant to ask for the tag to be removed so that I could try it properly but they refused saying that I couldn't try it on. Whilst they employ staff like this then they don't deserve custom!!

Most unhelpful and staff quite rude. Pity really because their sister company just two doors away from Blacks got the sale because they were very helpful and seemed genuinely pleased to serve me. So Millets got the sale, I know it's the same company but it's all about the service in the retail industry and Millets put Blacks to shame.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The store is laid out very nicely and it's quite easy to find what you're looking for. There are some bargains to be had with their deals and today there was a clearance rail. Blacks seem to care about its customers.
