We have just had a Garage conversion completed by JRoc Construction and it is absolutelty fantastic, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Very professional job and a fantastic finish. Caused very minimal disruption during the build and always left the site clean and tidy.Darren, Grant and Johnny always strive to make sure you are happy.Take our word for it, you will not be disappointed by the end result you are looking for.

Darren & his team recently completed our one-storey open plan extension with a kitchen refurb. This was the first time my wife and I had committed to a project of this size thus finding a reliable builder was our main concern. During the quotation stage, Darren was very helpful and reassuring, popped by the house several times to ensure any concerns were addressed. We felt we received honest advice and a cost-effective approach. As soon as the work was given to JROC, they were pro-active right away in getting things in place. Darren and his team understood our priorities and concerns - Darren took out all the stress associated with the project. The team were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and timely. Good attention to detail. No egos, no hidden extras, reliable and accountable to the end and also post-completion. We are extremely content with the end result, and highly recommend Darren & his team.

I phoned JROC to find out if they were able to do some work for me. However due to their busy schedule were unable to commit to anything in the time frame required. Nevertheless he stayed on the phone to me to offer advice, give guidance. He then asked for some photos and details, he passed this over to a friend/colleague of his who within 3/4 days had been over, inspected and priced up the job for me. Brilliant customer service, highly recommend. Although not JROC doing the job, he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and the friend he passed the job over to showed the same level of professionalism.

JRoc Construction completed a fantastic 2-storey extension on one of our properties back in 2013, and it looks as good now as it did back then. The team did an amazing job, and the company’s can do, professional attitude means JRoc are the only call I make when I need a construction team. Happy to act as a reference visit if required.

Excellent service and standard of work. Would definitely recommend.During 2018 I asked Darren and his JRoc team to add a single storey rear extension and a second storey side extension over my existing garage, plus a new downstairs shower room and landscaping. I am glad I chose JRoc as from start to finish Darren has done an excellent job and has always found ways to help make the project run smoothly and stay within budget. Darren helped with every aspect of the work, from proposing an architect to working with Building Control and finding a better (and less expensive) solution to their foundation requirements, as well as helping choose materials. Darren was always available to answer a question or give a helping hand too, which was fantastic. I now have an excellent addition to my home and I couldn't be happier.Darren and his team were always polite, hardworking and tidy, and I would definitely use JRoc again for my future projects.

JRoc construction helped advise and build our building work under a permitted development agreement. Darren and his team where absolutely fantastic, very friendly and worked so hard. Darren knocked my wall down from my kitchen to my dining room. Steel installed. All work was done on time, speedily and very much to my satisfaction. Excellent price too. I also had some extra bits here and there that I added without any issues or complaining. All work was carried out superbly. Definitely recommend.

We used JRoc a few years ago to convert the flat roof at the rear of our house into a shallow pitched/tile roof. It wasn't a straightforward task due to the low level of the upstairs windows.They did a fantastic job and were very professional throughout.They checked all the details with me before starting the job, and queried anything with me that 'cropped up' during the work that needed sorting.A great result, and still something I'm so pleased we had done. I'd thoroughly recommend this team to anyone.

Outstanding builders, fantastic and a pleasure to deal withFirstly, we would highly recommend JROC to anyone considering construction work! As complete novices my wife and I were skeptical when it came to choosing builders, the project was for a first floor rear and side extension plus remodeling of the ground floor. A minefield for us but after our first meeting with Darren it was a no brainer. Darren is personable, highly skilled, realistic and most of all,…he cares.With 2 young children, we were concerned the upheaval and general chaos associated with such a big project would be tough on all concerned but Darren and his team were great with the kids, understanding and respectful that, although a building site for large periods, it was still a family home.Communication was never a problem and Darren took the time to talk us through progress whenever needed and went the extra mile to make sure we knew what was happening at every stage. Darren even made suggestions to the design that were improvements on the original plan,….and still within budget!Darren’s attention to detail is faultless, any problems that arose were overcome, attendance and timekeeping spot-on and even the snow we experienced in December ’17 didn’t stop him finishing the roof before Christmas, as promised.The work was completed within the timescales and costs quoted and any snags dealt with promptly and without issue. We’d heard horror stories from friends who’ve had building work done but we genuinely haven’t got a bad word to say, we’re delighted with our ‘new’ home and wouldn’t have any worries doing it again.The Thompson Family

We always use JRoc for any building or landscaping work. In our previous house we had our bathrooms refitted, our garage turned into two rooms (a bedroom and a utility room) our garden remodelled. In our current property, Darren has remodelled the garden and is about to to extend our utility room. The standard of the JRoc workmanship is excellent and we wouldn't use anyone else.
