Love Bells & Bristles!I have been trying to find a dog groomer who I can trust to groom my Pomeranian, when I came across Bells & Bristles they seemed like the perfect place! When I arrived with Teddy-Boo we had a lovely friendly welcome, Jena introduced herself to Teddy-Boo and he settled really well which can be unusual for him. I felt at ease leaving Teddy. When I arrived to pick him up he was groomed exactly how I wanted! I was so happy and Teddy seemed to be very happy and comfortable. I am so happy I found Bells & Bristles, I have already made sure Teddy has his appointments booked for the rest of the year. If you are looking for a trusting groomer I would highly recommend the girls at Bells & Bristles! Thankyou so much

My puppy suffers with anxiety, brought on by a life threatening illness at 7 months.Developmentally, and because of the time of year (bonfire weekend) this couldn't have happened at a worse timeMy pup went into overdrive and without the understanding, attributes her being in a strange environment, feeling absolutely awful, with all these strange dogs and people and to any loud noise.She has gone from a confident pup to an anxious girl.So what does this have to do with Bell's & Bristles ?Well, while my pup is working on confidence building, Jena has been more than 'just a groomer'. When able, she has has taken my pup the grooming salon and allowed her to wander the premises and explore all the equipment.She has trimmed her nails, played with her in the shower and even managed a few photographs where my pup looks happy and relaxed.She has discussed feeding and nutrition with me and made her grooming salon a safe place for my pup, who is now begining to grow in confidence.This isn't just about grooming, this is about positive event stacking, rather than negative trigger stacking, every good experience is a step forward for my pup and Jena is there for us as a groomer and as a friend.I don't know anyone as knowledgeable, passionate or as good at what she does.Thank you Jena, me and Pepper think you are absolutely amazing

First time taking my babies to the groomers and they did it disappoint. My two long haired Guinea pigs came out looking so handsome! I will defo go there again. Thankyou so much Imogen! They are looking super cute ❤️❤️

Brought my rescue pup Maisie here the other week who is very anxious, Jena was amazing with her and kept me informed of how she was doing throughout her groom. Maisie looked and smelt amazing when I picked her up! Really happy with the service, will definitely be returning and would highly recommend :)

The stylist, very sorry didn't get her name, did an excellent job with our Beautiful White Japanese Akita Lithia and it had been evident that Lithia felt very confident in her as for the first time in her 8 years Lithia actually turned back to get a good bye stroke. Very highly recommended and will definitely be back. Thanks

I made an appointment for my dog Frank to have his nails clipped what a professional service these ladies do they took it in their stride and made my dog Frank at ease because he is normally a nervous dog .Thank you for a great service See you again.

What a fantastic first experience for our puppy. Olivia looked after our little bundle for her first puppy groom. Lovely experience for both myself and pupster. Reasonably priced and Olivia explained all aspects of today's grooming process. Highly recommended.
