Michael went above and beyond for me this morning when I broke down in the middle of a roundabout in High Wycombe on my way to work.He responded immediately and helpfully to my initial call. However shortly afterwards my partner phoned me to say that we had RAC breakdown cover, and when I called Michael back to let him know this he was very gracious and understanding.Soon afterwards I was told by RAC that they would take 5 hours to get to me so I was so grateful when Michael happened to phone me back out of concern to check how I was doing - he told me I sounded very anxious when I'd spoken to him and wanted to make sure someone was coming to help.When I told him that I'd be waiting for a long time he came straight away, and fixed the problem very quickly. He also told me how I can prevent the problem happening again in the future.Micheal's professionalism and kindness far exceeded my expectations and I was really grateful for his help. My day started terribly but with his help it turned into a good one, and my NHS clients were very glad I was able to see them after the initial uncertainty.Thank you very much Michael for your good deed, and your professional and premier service today. Had a great experience, had an issue with my car which meant i was going no where. He arrived within 30 minutes, dropped me home, fixed my car and dropped it off the next day for a very reasonable price. Can highly recommend as Micheal was easy to talk to, professional and went above and beyond :)

I had an excellent experience with Martin from Breakdown Recovery High Wycombe. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - he even came the day before the required pick up, to put my car on his truck overnight so it was more safe and secure. He also did a quick inspection of the vehicle for me and gave me some great advice and insights into potential problems - which I passed onto the dealership. He then took it FIRST THING to a dealership over 20 miles away and argued on my behalf with the dealership to get my car taken in the morning (even though I had a slot booked they tried to turn it down - and Martin negotiated this situation on my behalf!). A really decent and genuine guy, cares about customer service and treats the car like his own! Would highly highly recommend - his communication was also thorough throughout!
