My examiner Karen failed me on grounds of poor observation at an unmarked crossroad because I didn't stop there. There was no stop/give way sign and she braked saying: I'm not going to let you pass". I slowed down and checked for all hazards and yet she failed me. Forget unprofessional

The office provides a waiting room and toilets. Everything is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly. My examiner - Simon - established an atmosphere of professional and friendly relations, which allowed me to relax and drive without any stress. The directions he gave were clear and timely, so I could focus on the driving and pass without any significant errors.

Have just completed and passed my Adi part2 test and I can say hand on heart it was the most honest test I have sat. The examiner was fantastic, was at ease from the moment we got in to the car. Test went well with a couple of minor faults but overall they were correct and the examiner gave me positive feedback. Great test centre with very professional examiners. These guys are 100% honest and impartial, if you pass or fail it’s down to you on the day. Good luck everyone and hopefully will be doing my ADI Part 3 in Widnes.

So they got my sons test date wrong and name even though he had his txt to prove it then booked him a new test date for the day after knowing they were on strike booked him a new date for a months time when we’re away . Great service NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After having to resit my test for getting 6 points in the first two years of driving , I passed again, A couple of weeks later I was stopped by the police who said I didn't have a licence ??? The driving g standards agency failed to advise the dvla I had a licence. I suffered the consequences for this they imponded my car and it 250 to release. I e-mailed the driving standards agency and they refused to take responsibility well the person who read and replied to the email did . You know who you are . Why was this never resolved????

Absolutely Disgusting. The Female examiner was just not fair. She failed me and when I asked her the reason she said it was because I wasn't taking care of the blind spots and I do clearly remember I was looking at the mirrors and checking the blind spots. The female examiner was bias and she wasn't even polite very rude. Just want to make money I guess. Worst experience ever.

The level of racism there has no limits. There was a traffic jam on the road, and there were many cars in front of me, and I slowed down to match the cars in front of me, but he frustrated me. Another girl could not even park the car, and they gave her the license because she is English.

I was being too careful with my driving and minding my speed limit to avoid over speeding yet he failed me because of that.Once you don’t have a white skin, your chances of passing will be low.
