great experience yesterday 16/8/23 at this store , I took in 53 games and 6 controllers to sell and the woman that served me was very patient. Very friendly and knowledgeable, please pass this message on if possible as she deserves a thanks

Terrible customer service skills by the staff. Took a laptop in previous day to sell only to receive an email saying that they had mis-identified the laptop and the price which they now wanted to give was reduced by over 50%. Never received an apology in person or on the email. There’s obviously a training requirement for staff in more than one area! Shocking waste of my time!!

Cowboys, Haven’t got a clue what there doing, Told me a price kept it for 3 hours and then told me £100 less, And scratched my phone and said it was already there when he already checked it, Stay away from cowboys

Good used electronics for a smaller price than it's worth.I saw a Samsung Zflip5 for £700 and brand new it is like £1500

Needed to buy a new phone today in an emergency. Ash was amazing. Really helpful and patient. I would recommend this store to anyone. The guys really know their stuff and it's clear how hard they work. Thanking for making a stressful situation easier.

Very helpful staff. Prices are good, I found a 5 dvd set of Shogun for £5 which was a excellent price I also pickup a kindle for £15 both in excellent condition.

If I could leave 0 I would. Absolutely awful experience in this dirty shop. Staff are extremely scruffy and unprofessional. I took in an iPhone SE in perfect condition. With it's box and a smart watch. The non-speaking member of staff grunted at me and told me testing would be 2 hours! The items were charged and immaculate so why would you need two hours to test? The tried to keep my watch charger when I decided to take my items away with me and not go through with their ridiculous price, (55 percent is what they add on what they offer you for their profit). Dirty staff touching my things is not nice as it is but expecting people to hang around for 2 hours hey they do goodness knows what to your belongings is ridiculous. They were even throwing things they just bought into boxes on a filthy floor. UK standards ar their absolute worst in this store. I will never return to a dump like this and hope others are so desperate they get exploited!!

It's always great to visit this CeX, pick some oldies and enjoy the unique atmosphere.Really appreciate the staff friendliness and experience.

A little store, staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always around to help find things. The only down side is when you're trying to look at something in front of the till as that's where the queue is.

Good for giving a second life to unused games and technology, rather than just sitting in draws.
