Great Service from start to finish.Great Purchase, wish I’d treated myself to it sooner!!Adam was so helpful in the showroom, really took the time to explain the differences between each make and model.Very quick and efficient arranging the site survey and ground works.The Installers on the day of install were very polite and explained the Spa functions and maintenance really well.Highly recommend Hydropool Dorset!

Hydropool Dorset servicing was as thorough as I expected. Nothing was too much trouble and he even fixed a clip that had broken when blown apart in one of the big storms last year. I have had my hot tub a year and am thrilled every day when it takes away my aches and pains and helps me relax

Adam and his team where brilliant!!!! Not only was I amazingly lucky to get an appointment with them that day they also had the parts I needed for my hot tub! The price was extremely reasonable and the service was top notch! I will be using them again and buying all my hot tub supplies from them from now on. 11 out of 10! :)

I would absolutely recommend purchasing your Hot Tub from Hydropool Dorset. The team were friendly, helpful and not at all pushy with the sale. They were super patient whilst we took our time sorting out logistics our end.Delivery was totally taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about anything on the day, they took their time to talk though everything in person and answer questions too, a high level of customer service that has continued post sale.It’s a big purchase and if anyone if worried about where to choose, and finding it all a bit daunting, here is the place for you.
