In the middle of 2020 having spent most of the first six months pretty sedentary (obvious reasons!). I decided it was time to get moving, so I did a search for local PTs and Linda’s name came up! That's kind of where things started to change for me.I discovered kettlebells and an awesome group of supportive ladies (and men), and a strength both physically and mentally I didn’t know I had.Life has been a bit rocky for me over the past six months but one constant has been kettlebell classes. I know when I get to class I can switch off and enjoy working out in a non-judgmental, motivating space with a lot of laughter.

I first got in contact with Linda back in the summer of 2019. I was in search of a local kettle bell group, having seen the results a friend had achieved. I wanted to find exercise I could enjoy, improve my strength and dreaded the gym!Linda was friendly and informative and it wasn't long before we met and she took me through kettle bell technique to ensure I was comfortable before joining the group sessions.Linda has a great rapport with her group, everyone is friendly, welcoming and there's a real sense of being in it together.The pandemic has been difficult for everyone but despite life's challenges Linda adapted to change and continued classes and her motivation online - she kept me strong, mentally and physically. As well as kettle bells, I attend Linda's early morning bootcamp. She is there whatever the weather, no two days are the same and it really sets me up for the day. Its been a lifestyle change for me, Linda has made me enjoy excercise and believe it or not, I look forward to getting up early in the morning.I'd have no hesitation in recommending Linda, she's passionate about what she does and is great at it too! :)

I started with Linda as my personal trainer in 2021 after moving away from my previous PT. My experience with Linda has been excellent, she is incredibly supportive and amiable, but still works you hard. She's also very mindful when you may need to take it a bit easier and has the perfect balance between helping encourage you to meet your goals but also not pushing you so hard that it's not an enjoyable experience. I very highly recommend her as a PT!

I heard about Linda’s exercise classes via a Facebook group 2 and a half years ago. I contacted her and from the moment I joined her class I found very responsive and supportive. I started attending her kettle-bell classes straight away and went from swinging an 8K to a 20K within a few months. I then started going to her sunrise boot camps which take place at 6.15 in the morning by the river and though it is hard to get up that early, the effect of exercising outdoor in - most - weather are clear to see. Her classes are hard work, I will not lie, but also tremendous fun. The other members are very friendly, and you feel part of the ‘gang’ very quickly. Linda carried on with her lessons throughout the lockdowns and I must admit that this helped me keep fit and relatively sane. As a group we undertake various charity and fitness challenges. Linda also offers nutritional advice to lose fat and build up muscle which I found very useful as it helps me keep in better shape than I have been in a long time. I can only recommend Linda to anyone who fancies both a challenge and being fit for life.Nathalie (58)
