Newmans Solicitor's were very helpful in getting some forms signed for me.

A great efficient & professional service. Bit of rush on my side to sign off my redundancy settlement. I contacted Newmans and spoke with James Way, a meeting was arranged for the very next morning and by the end of the day everything was checked, okayed and finalised (although it never felt rushed). I would certainly recommend Newmans and James in particular who made everything crystal clear.

We have recently used Carlota at Newman's to help with our house sale, and the service has been exemplary. Carlota has been very proactive with pushing the sale through as fast as possible, and nothing has been too much trouble for her. She, along with other colleagues have also been very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newmans for anyone buying or selling their house.

The firm's lack of professionalism, coupled with ineffective paralegals, resulted in a significant increase in stress and delays throughout our chain and transaction. If it were feasible, I would rate them zero stars. Even our estate agents were taken aback by their subpar performance. AVOID!

I had occasion to use Newmans Solicitors in Reigate late last year. The name of the brand is less important to me than the person (in this case persons) behind it. I know Newmans only as James and Jane. Jane is the Administrator, Greeter, Receptionist and I suspect Office Manager – she is kind and empathetic and always has a smile on her face. Nothing is ever too much trouble. As the initial contact with the public the impression that Jane gives is of Titanic significance; she is welcoming and reassuring and a credit to her employer.James is the onsite solicitor. He is the kind of person you definitely want to have on your side – he is like a tenacious wolverine where necessary but also possesses Solomon-like wisdom when required. I had occasion to engage him when in the midst of a disagreeable dispute with an estate agent during which he was knowledgeable pragmatic, sanguine and took ownership of the project. The outcome was better than it might of been, largely due to his encyclopaedic knowledge of the law and process. I would recommend him all day long and in the unhappy event I need a sentinel of justice again, James and Jane are the duo who I will approach.In summary: great work, value-for-money, beyond competent and delightful to work with. James and Jane have my utmost professorial commendation and they are indeed the Dream Team. Anita Mills was amazing! She fully and competently handled my divorce which took a short 7 months to complete. Using email correspondences, she kept me up to date at every stage of the process by letting me know what is to be done, when she’s done it and when to expect responses. She fully explained everything in a timely manner and in layman’s terms ensuring there was no ambiguity.
