Fantastic customer service very efficient and friendly, I needed documents urgently collecting. Stride did everything they promised to do, I rang them at 3.30 on the Thursday the documents were received by lunchtime the following day. I can highly recommend them

I 100% recommend Stride Courier Services. On a stressful morning, Rosita was calm, reassuring and helpful. Within an hour of our call, she had set a courier off for us with accurate tracking to reassure me! Nothing was too much trouble. Within 3.5 hours of our call to Stride, a courier had driven 2.45 to us with the item we needed. We couldn't have asked for more. The courier, Rifat, was brilliant at keeping us up to date and was so lovely when we met her. We were so grateful and would advise anyone who needed something delivered urgently, with care and expertise, to use Stride.

Really impressed with these guys! Very easy to get a quote and pricing was good also. Lovely gentleman collected the package and the goods were delivered in a timely fashion and no delays. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent Company. First time I’ve used them but I will certainly use again if I need another courier job done. They’ve found a way to make ordering a courier so simple. Put in your postcode for collection address and postcode for delivery address for a quote. Once accepted the rest is so simply managed by a series of questions online. Then you are informed of courier progress through the whole journey. Just brilliant. I imagined getting something collected and dropped off at short notice would be much more difficult.

These folks were very accommodating and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. I emailed a document from Canada and they printed, delivered, and gave a report plus a photo of the delivery within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Stride Couriers truly saved us on our recent trip the the UK. We had driven from the Cotswolds to Oxford to return rental car en route to the airport in London. When we arrived at Heathrow we realized the passports had been left in the car back in Oxford. Thank goodness Enterprise had found the passports for us. But not being from Britain, we imagined the nightmare of somehow getting back to Oxford by train or taxi, and then having to get all the way back to Heathrow! For some reason, I thought of a courier service. We had never used one but as soon as I googled, Stride popped up. I was able to get through to them and they were so polite and helpful. We did miss our flight and had to stay in a hotel, but the courier brought the passports directly to the hotel within a few hours. We were SO thankful and appreciate their professional and speedy service on a very stressful day.

Fast and easy. I had a very important product it arrived safely and didn’t have to worry or follow up with the company. Took a lot of stress from me Thankyou very much!
