I drove over from Birmingham and bought some fab tiles! best selection I've seen at very good prices! Staff are ace, friendly and helpful.. especially the young lady with glasses and dark hair, I wish I could recall her name now! But what a breath of fresh air she is!

Would avoid unfortunately. More than 50% of the tiles I bought were chipped or broken. In fairness I received some replacements however again over half of those were broken or chipped. Really poor quality and when I asked customer service to look into this they ignored me. Plenty of better tile shops out there.

Amazing firm to deal with. I've spoken to Anna a couple of times over the years and she's been so helpful and informative.My first order arrived on the day and time it was promised. The driver was brilliant and so helpful. Stock arrived in good order and well packaged.This time around I had no hesitation in going back to Anna and she's really helped us out with a huge order that she sorted out there and then. The website was up to date and useful to check stock levels before I called.Honestly I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company, wholeheartedly. Easy to deal with and they do exactly what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it. You can't fault them.Thanks Anna, you've been a star, again!

Fantastic customer service. Superb quality tiles at a very competitive price. Sample service helped us to get the tiles we wanted. We needed two boxes and ordered the recommended 10% extra. We still were short by three tiles I rang customer service and explained. Was told that they would arrive on the Monday, this was the Friday. Received them on the Saturday. Job done. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Visited the showroom earlier today, I was greeted by Zak. An extremely helpful individual went through a variety of options to cater for my requirements ie Slate Mosaic tiles with a similar 30x60 tile to match.Was able to pickup exactly what I wanted rather than wait 3-7days like their competitors.Highly recommended!! Had to pickup at another location (Trade Counter1.5miles away) Hanna was really helpful and also gave me a decent discount upon request as my initial order was going to be processed online but came into branch to colour match tile.Don't know why I bothered with the other suppliers, should've just visited Wall and Floors from the beginning.

tried to order some kitchen tiles - sales staff did not get back to me to send an invoice and i had to ring again - they had taken my email address down wrongly but never telephoned to check this - i could have been waiting all day for the invoice to pay and have the tiles delivered. not very efficient - however ordered on line and they were delivered when they said without a problem.pleased with tiles and pricelh

Fantastic service. Extra thank you to Wayne Nicholls the driver. Excellent all round, very communicative and left our pallet exactly where I asked him too even though we weren't there due to traffic. Really impressed thank you.

I ordered tiles from here online after getting some samples. There were some broken tiles but replacements were promptly organised. Since I wanted some more tiles I called up and spoke to Josh on two occasions. He was really helpful in combining my order and rearranging the delivery date.When I called I really appreciated the quick pickup and efficiency/flexibility offered.They also seem to have an good computer stock management system as it was organised quickly.
