Done a very good job on my cocker spaniel. However, after making a remark about how fidigity he was, the groomer decided to dodge our calls/texts when in trying to book our dog in again!

Never answers phone calls or reply's to text messages, for someone that is self employed and runs a business It's pretty poor.
