If I could give less than a star, I would. They send unsolicited junk texts, you can’t block them, they ignore requests to stop this and they ignore requests for a response via Resolver. This has now been referred to be the ICO. I’d never shop here again. Absolutely no customer service at all.

Shockingly bad customer service. I returned an item which was received by them 26 days ago. I am still awaiting a refund. I have sent several emails which have been ignored and although the issue is not resolved the ticket has been closed. I will never shop with them again.

I am appalled at the lack of after sales service with this Company. I returned an item and asked for a smaller size. Over three weeks ago. I have emailed and requested a replacement or my money back to no avail. They’re out of touch with their customers. I won’t be shopping with them again and would advise anyone to do the same.

Extremely disappointed with the customer services at Roman. So much so I don't think I can continue to buy from them. Now they have changed their returns procedure so you have to waste time going on line to print a label, which does not allow for exchange in their reasons to return.Having been sent the wrong item a while back, I emailed them and after several months received an unsatisfactory reply. Hopeless customer service.

Placed an order on Saturday. EmailSaying order confirmed and payment taken. No further correspondence from them to let me know that the order has been dispatched, no tracking details. Have tried ringing for two days to be 25th in the queue. Messaged on Facebook messenger and Twitter no response and no response to emails. This company used to be excellent but this service is appalling. Won’t be shopping with them again after this

Very bad customer service!Dishonest company.Also: do not order here from outside UK!They illegally charge VAT, which shouldn't be done on export orders. You have to pay the VAT to your own government. So now I had to pay double.That's a nice way for them to gain some extra profit since they don't have to pay this illegally charged VAT to the UK goverment.I have contacted them about 15 times over the past half year.Every time they ask me to repeat my question, they say they will check with their accountancy departement, but I never get an answer. They even lied to me and said they didn’t charge VAT, although the bill clearly shows they did.

I am disgusted that Roman do not answer their phone, or that they have not resolved my issue but have closed it off. I am left with a faulty dress that if unfit for use, missing belt and the seam has split on the bottom of the dress. the quality is that of these foreign sites. I have sent numerous emails.This is the 1st time I have had a problem with them and cannot believe the lack of customer care,.
