Four Seasons were amazing when I was looking for temporary work - they got back to me quickly, always paid on time, and were super organised. Clients clearly loved them, and they work with a really interesting pool of clients too (lots of very high-end and luxury). The pay wasn't the best, but better for weekends and bank holidays, and I had quite a steady stream of placements, which is exactly what I needed!

I wouldn’t recommend this agency.1) the recruiters lack clear communication- I was sent to work for one their clients. There was a dress code. Which I told them I didn’t have. They told me make to my way. On arrival I got a message from one of the managers telling me I had to buy a blazer near the shop, I informed them that this would make me later. They told me to go ahead. And then used this incident to penalise me for lateness later on.Their managers are extremely rude and snappy on the phone.2) There’s a subtle culture of intimidation, bullying and rudenessThe manager (Amber Spinthiras) called me to give me shift at 9:30, I told her the time I would be able to get there.( judging from the where I was and how long it would take me to get ready) she then began snapping at me telling she couldn’t give me that much time. From my experience with agencies…if the time you give them is not suitable they give the shift to someone else? they don’t snap at you and make you feel uncomfortable.Management is not about bullying, intimidation or suppressing its about encouragement and sympathising and bringing out the best in your staff.3) A tradition of lying!I say this because they sent me work with one of their clients. As I was working I was being given positive responses only for the manager again, (Amber) to right out lie and tell me they gave a negative review to justify her actions of firing me because I was ill.She also called me pretending to be another recruiter, weird.4) fired for being unwell.I was called today to do a shift I accepted and I quickly took medication hoping that it would kick in before I left for work. But as I prepared my condition got worse so I called to apologise and explain that I can’t make it to work because I was feeling unwell. I was told I was unreliable and I’d be let go. I then asked to know instances where I was deemed unreliable and she mentioned the instances that I had stated earlier.In conclusion they need to review their work ethic, treat their staff with dignity, respect, empathy and accord their staff the value they deserve and not speak down to them. They need to bare in mind that they’re staff are the ones that go out to work for them and bring back the money.Amber needs an attitude adjustment and some actual management training.Girls that look like me, be wary of these girls.
