Mens toilets are very smelly and disgusting! A staff member exited as I was going in, apparently it was clean. I can assure you I wish I'd used a bush outside. The Waitrose food is always very nice.

Shelves are empty and every time I’ve come at night it has been closed, despite saying it’s open 24 hours. An embarrassment to Waitrose brand.

Good size petrol station and accompanying Little Waitrose". Never had to queue here for fuel and the shop is well stocked. Food prices are of course a bit high being that it is a Waitrose but not at Motorway services level.Cash point machine but no car wash or jet wash facilities.Separate and more easily accessible diesel pumps to the rear for HGV/lorries"

Little Waitrose At Shell Hop Oast
The ladies toilet is really disgusting and very dirty. I spoke to lovely girl staff on till and she told me she started at 6.30am and had not had time to clean the ladies it was actually the night staff who are supposed to clean the loo to leave it fresh for day staff then day staff clean before they finished. Being a cleaner I had a hard time believing that as there is months of filth.
