I love friendly societies people working and saving for members/friends.Not PLC taking profits for unknown shareholders.

Closes at 2pm because of covid. How long can they really use that as an excuse???? Rings for around 1min before being told to call back later. I have done. About 15 times. Still not spoken to anyone!

Easy company to deal with, when I've rung they've not always answered quickly but when they do I have found them to be helpful, polite and prompt in answering my questions.

Ok, I can't say that I'm particularly happy with them. I've been emailing them about my daughter's CTF because I want to add more but they aren't great with answering correctly or too quickly.My grandmother paid £10 into her account last Saturday and it hasn't reached her account yet, even after a week. Not good at all. I was hoping to add much more but I don't feel comfortable with it.I don't like the fact that I can't see a transaction history on her account so that I can see who has paid what into it, as and when it happens, so I can't verify when someone has paid money in.Not impressed at all
