I used to shop at Morrisons in store all the time. I noticed over the last year or so the service went from good to dismal. Miserable staff and stinky attitudes. Today I needed help at the self checkout. A member of staff ran away when I asked for assistance and when she finally came to help, she tried deflecting the blame onto another member of staff that looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Bring back normal checkouts, and give staff the customer checkout they used to enjoy. Morrisons Grays is a rotten mess.

Double check your entry time and how long you've stayed. I've attached a photo of the parking restrictions. The usual with a Morrisons car park with the added bonus of paying for parking whilst shopping between specific times.

Good car park, you have to pay and claim refund at checkout though. Good choice of products. Produce is fresh and fairly plentiful, although too much in plastic.

We when for a lunch, and the food was lovely.And the kids eat free, with one adult meal :)Parking is :park&display but, if you but something inside the store, they will give you some money back.

Everytime I've been here, I've always met this particular worker at the self service pay point. She's kind to everyone and always helpful. She makes me want to go again. It's a good supermarket, I get different things ranging from wears, food items and others.

I received a Too Good To Go bag from Morrisons in Grays today (03/04/23) and this is the quality of the food I received. All mouldy and out of date. Absolutely disgusting that they thought this was okay.

Nice big Morrisons supermarket, has all your general needs under one roof including clothes and toys. I did notice when I went in there today that the pet food section actually has food and bedding for Guinea Pigs which most other big brand supermarkets don't usually have!!! I like all the market Street sections like the deli, the pizzeria and bakery they are a nice touch!!! The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Probably the only downfall is that it does seem a little overpriced sometimes compared to other stores but you can't have every lol.

They have put cabinets on Alcohol and a button to press to attract the attention of staff. Fine fair enough but it is Absolutely awful, took 4 attempts of pressing the button before a rude staff member came over. Then had to wait for the same staff member to come sort out the self checkout. Was in a rush after being at work all day, didnt need to be waiting 10 minutes before i was assisted. Missed my bus because of this stupidity and the staff member was a short rude karen looking woman! If you implement something like this, make sure there are enough staff on so people don't have to wait, what used to be a quick grab pay and go is now 100 times longer.

Something smells like gone off milk each time I walk through the main doors. Way too busy for my liking. Worst time is lunch hour when I only have a short window for lunch. They need more helpful staff on the self service but how can 1 person attend to over 10 tills.Still like them for their prices.

NO TROLLEYS!! I came to Grays today to do my shopping, as normal there where no trolleys to use. I happened to bump in to the store manager and asked if he was aware there were none in the entire car park. He was extremely sorry and immediately went to find one so we could carry on with our shopping. Amazing customer service. Thank you Grant.
