First visit today to physiotherapist Helen Green -Lapford.Helen is a professional very knowledgeable an expert in human movement her advice is invaluable.Her diagnosis of my neck problem was so accurate.She has excellent interpersonal skills you feel completely reassured from the moment Helen meets you.I would highly recommend Helen.Thank you so very much.

I went to Helen after muscle tension trapped the nerve in my neck causing me to have intense pain; not only did she free the muscle and leave me pain free she has given me full mobility in my neck, something I have not had since I was a child.She is warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Well worth the money and great after care so hopefully I won't need to return for the same issue. I highly recommend.

I had multiple physio sessions with Helen over several months whilst marathon training. I’ve suffered with long term knee pain worsened by running and Helen gave me a range of exercises targeted to my training and timelines as well as acupuncture where needed and I saw a huge difference over what was a relatively short period. I’ve seen my fair share of physios and Helen was by far the best - taking the time to really assess the problem and work with me to reach my goals rather than saying just stop running..!I’ve just very happily completed the marathon with no knee pain whatsoever, a huge relief given that I was sore at 12km when I came for my first session- thank you Helen!!

Thanks to Helen, in only two sessions I went from barely being able to weight bare on my broken foot to now running three times a week. She gave me the confidence and knowledge to build myself back up. Highly recommend visiting her if you need help recovering from an injury.

Helen, came highly recommended by a local within Lapford. Canterbury House is a very welcoming building and is extremely clean and tidy.Helen, explained what she can do as a physio and was extremely professional. She was a great listener. Her knowledge is outstanding. Her treatment was brilliant and would recommend that you listen to her and when she tells you to do your exercises, do them. She cannot perform miracles if we as patients do not help ourselves.I would without hesitate recommend her to anyone, in fact I have already. Thank you Helen, keep up the good work.

Following an acutely painful injury to my neck, I visited Helen as an emergency and she was able to identify the reason behind the pain. She treated me with acupuncture and some gentle massage in the area. She then gave me exercises to do which should help the pain and start to fix the problem. A week later I saw her again and it was much much less painful. I then had more acupuncture and we talked about further exercises. I'm happy to say that after a couple more days I am completely pain free! Hurray! I would highly recommend Helen and will be back with any future aches and pains!

Thank you Helen for my appointment on Friday for ITB band syndrome. I was intense pain free by Saturday and pain free and going up and down stairs normally by Sunday. I am chuffed to bits. I will keep doing the strengthening exercises and look forward to my follow up appointment.
