One-Element Farnham
Really love training with One Element. Tom is a great trainer; he's got the balance just right between pushing you in the sessions but still making them enjoyable. After 6 weeks my fitness levels have improved a crazy amount and I've met some amazing people. For the first time in my life I now look forward to exercise - this suits me much better than the gym.
