Incredibly poor customer service.I spent over £900 on a kit (including delivery) which they ordered in from abroad, and that was fine, despite their site saying it was in stock.I had to chase for delivery updates.The kit couldn’t be installed for quite some time, due to some connectors which did not fit, incomplete instructions and incorrectly labelled harnesses (manufacturer at fault here), CC were completely unwilling to try and help in any way whatsoever.Email replies were short and impolite, they are more like a text than an email, and implying that I have no understanding of how to plug in a couple of connectors which did not fit.They refused to assist in any way at all and insisted that I instead conduct a long drawn out process with the USA manufacturer from which they ordered this in.I eventually resolved the issue with the manufacturer after a long drawn out process, for a job that should take a couple of hours.The manufacturer in this case should look for another UK reseller, one with an ounce of customer care.Avoid.

Excellent service by Car Communications to supply a Dension DAB+U - ordered at 3pm on a Friday and received at 2 pm the next day. Less than a hour to install onto my wife’s Audi A1 - now enjoying superb DAB radio. Fantastic service and money well spent.

First class service from start to finish. Worksto my Renault Laguna were explained to me fully and precisely by a very knowledgeable technician. Saf couldn’t do enough to help, he kept in contact throughout the works carried out, to which I may say were of a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend this company… Deal with confidence!

Had a great experience with a full BMW iDrive NBT EVO ID6 retrofit completed by Car Communications. It was an incredibly big job, involving the removal of all dashboard trim, a-pillars, headliner, and centre console. I originally had the 'base' iDrive system in my 320i with no audio-streaming or nav, so this upgrade meant a new Head unit, screen, iDrive touch controller, GPS radio and receiver, as well as basically full re-wiring of all this stuff. All this was carried out at my home by a really top-notch engineer, who not only knew his stuff, but was also a great bloke to boot. The job wasn't cheap, but paying the premium to have this class outfit do the work to my satisfaction rather than me trying it and ruining my car was good value.

Would like to thank archie and his team especially fez who I dealt with most.they went above and beyond doing extra work that was needed to make sure I was happy with my sat nav and reverse camera I would highly recommended these guys to anyone thanks again lads!

Bought a cable for my Mki9100 parrot and it came the very next day, great customer service!

I was about to purchase a reversing camera kit for my Peugeot 308 I checked to see if I'd selected the correct one, which I hadn't! They advised me of the correct one for my vehicle which I then purchased. After fitting the unit and camera the picture was very poor but following further contact with Car Communications, who responded quickly, they told me what I needed to do to correct the problem.Great service and a pleasure to deal with.

Went on 7th september to get a rear camera adaptor wired to make my rear view camera work with my new system, they told me they would have to order new part in which would be there at end of month, i rang them near enough every week since trying to see whats happening, always same thing they say they waiting for part. I have ordered the same part from connect2 the company they were getting it off, mine came in 3 days, i rang them up and they said end of november they will be getting them in, so obviously they are just wasting my time to avoid the job, why tell me you will take on the job if you not willing to do it and want to waste my time. Avoid this company, god knows how they make money when they waste customers time by not taking on the job. Will be going elsewhere after wasting two months of my time and now we in a lockdown again so another month wasted too.
