Blackmagic Design
They did not offer repair after the given warrenty period. I dont believe the support even looked at my eGPU unit after seeing that it was out of warrenty (purchased late 2018).If i wanted to have this kind of products i just would have bought my stuff from aliexpress.So i just do not recommend buying their stuff.
