Absolutely disgusted just joined. Rang up to see if i was allowed to simply use the life jackets that are supposed to be free to use as I was told by a member yesterday who also told me you get access to the gate and you can use all the equipment when I rang up to see if I could I was spoke to as if I was a little baby and two years old. By some Middle Class Toff. Immediately got a refund of my membership. Absolutely disgusted to say the least. What a horrible horrible human being. Also your reply is totally wrong. You were horrible to me on the phone almost to the point we're you were hostile. You asked me twice or three times if I knew what the Watersports Centre was. Who do you actually think you are. ?. To ask someone three times do I know the difference between the Watersports Centre and Liverpool Canoeing Club. Even thoe I rang you in relation to a membership regarding Liverpool Canoeing Club?. You really need to work om your Customer Service Skills. Also thanks a lot for the refund. Once I do actually get it. As me and my friends definitely will never be joining.

Very helpful and informative instructors, friendly atmosphere, would highly recommend for anyone interested in Kayaking/Canoeing etc.

Completed my induction course and had an absolutely great time. Keith was a brilliant instructor and I can’t wait to get back on the water!

I have recently joined the club and attended the paddle start course, the instructor Keith made me feel very welcome and did an excellent job at teaching me about the club, different boats, the docks, and ofcourse did an amazing job of getting me on the water and teaching me many different paddle skills. If you are debating joining a club but are not sure, I would highly recommend this club. Friendly and welcoming.

I joined Liverpool Canoe Club as a basic paddling newbie. With lots of paddling activities available, I was able to find the parts of the sport I really love. Surfing at the beach is excellent. I've even competed at Canoe Freestyle at a National level and made the GB Squad.There is so much available with so many people that I'm sure you will find a part that you love.Camping trips in Anglesey are really great especially if you have kids. The docks in Liverpool are a fantastic base for learning and practicing, and Liverpool is close to North Wales rivers, the North West coast for sea kayaking and surf. The active polo teams are great if you want to go down the team sports route too.

Fantastic day out for our little boy and his football team. Loved it do much the whole family are going to become members.
