I was so impressed with the young assistant who was so polite and helpful to a customer who had difficulty conversing she was amazing and kind.Also could not have been more helpful and informative when I was having difficulty sending my parcel.A big thank you.

Great staff, who are let down by whoever organises the labels they need to send your parcel. Last 3 times they had no labels so I had to go to Old Colwyn. Whoever is responsible for keeping them supplied with said labels needs to be sacked, poor set up.
