I have repeatedly informed the staff that I am not interested and please stop coming to my home.When I first moved in, I was visited four times. It's off-putting and aggressive.Hire some women!! Great home security system for monitoring and deterring unwanted 'guests'. Amazing customer service from start to instalation as well as the Verisure aftercare services. What impressed me the most were: 1. the technology itself and its interlink with existing infrastructure such as local police, and 2. the knowledge as well as customer care demonstrated every step of the way by Bill McHugh, Verisure Security Consultant, who made the entire experience extremely pleasant. Moreover, I was impressed with Bill's attention to detail and care for the overall symmetry of the house, which helped install the system's various components in a seamless and aesthetically pleasing way. In addition, Bill's knowledge of the product as well as his technical capabilities (engineer level) made me trust this product even more. Following Bill's exceptional execution and installation of the system, Verisure arranged for a couple of courtesy calls, which helped when the alarmed got triggered by myself accidentally :) All I can say is that I had nothing but a great experience with Verisure (after having this system installed a few months back), mostly thanks to their Security Consultant help and care, and to the fact that this system really works! It even alerts you when you are trying to set the alarm and one of the entry points or windows are still open! It allows for peace of mind not only when travelling abroad but also when living in the property on a permanent basis.Great system, great people, happy customer!

Your driver is an absolute bellend… charged his car but stopping two others from charging.There’s a maximum stay of 1 hour. The car is clever because it tells the driver how long it will take to charge up but if the driver is faulty then nothing can be done.

Outrageously poor. This company has no interest in taking responsibility for their products. AVOID.It is promised that the alarm system will work independently after the downgrade (i.e. cancelling subscription from monitoring service with the monthly fee), yet there are significant flaws in the product design such that the central unit will just fail after the downgrade. We had an engineer visit who could offer nothing but to reinstall the entire system using the old components, yet it FAILED AGAIN THE NEXT DAY for no reason.It is well known by Verisure that their product has major issues yet they lie to their customers when selling them. This is not just a rare case. Many people experience the same issue after the downgrade.The customer support is extremely poor, telling me: you are not our customer, although I was foolish enough to pay 700 pound for their product. And they told me it's my own problem and they don't care anymore. How poor is that?It appears that the company is incapable of offering a solution for its failure in product design therefore it would only justify having full refund of the system as it simply does not work as it promised.

Really bad customer service and support. I have moved house since April and have contacted about the move. I was promised that I will have the services installed at the new place. Its been over 4 months and no one contacted for the update and have been looting me. Verisure loves to take and charge money for no service provided. I have been contacting the cancellation team past 3 weeks and being told that I will be contacted about my account as soon as some gets through my account. This is the 5th month and no one has bothered to resolve my account. Being honest if by end of this week I am not contacted back @Verisure I shall see you in court and I will ensure I claim all the expenses for that too.

The company I used to work for put my name on the verisure account as point of contact. I left the company 2 years ago and these incompetent fools still bothering me about the account. There's no internal communication. Their account system is utterly flawed, as I could still access it if I know the correct details. I keep receiving calls which then go to a voicemail, how's that even work? Absolute joke.All ya people working for this excuse of a company should go and find employment elsewhere.

Our alarm was installed at the beginning of June and it took us nearly 2 months to get the Arlo camera app working for my partner. Only I could access it. We were regularly contacting customer service asking for help but had no luck.We wanted to add a video doorbell to the package but weren't prepared to do that until my partner could see the camera too.As soon as my partner could access the camera, I asked about the doorbell. They refused to give even a small discount even though we had waited nearly 2 months for our package to be working correctly before ordering the doorbell. I would not recommend Verisure and am extremely disappointed.

You will promised the earth but it won't deliver. Hold times are roughly 1h to get to speak to them. I'm paying £60 pm for a system which doesn't work and a company with zero interest in offer commensurate customer service for the large outlay. And their hold music is designed to irritate you.

The salesperson offered us the zero vision add-on for a free trial of six months. However
