Partridge Farm Kennels

Well what can I say my partner had a dog from there he was a lovely boy but my dog didn't get on at all we paid a deposit for him when we arrived to take him back instead of being invited in we were seen at the gate and they said the deposit was for his operation at the beginning we didn't get the deposit backThey kept it said no to giving backWe will not be going there again ever the dog had bad worms we treated him bless himWas a shame our dog didn't get on with him but we triedIt's how the situation was dealt with and saying the deposit was for his operation and I can pay the rest a later date when the dog goes back due to none error they refuse to give the money back and say it's a donation well was told operation now donation !!!!

I do not recommend these people , I went to this kennel to adopt a dog , which I did , they said to pay £50 towards the dogs operation which we did then we took him home , a week later had no choice but to return him as my other dog was being a bit to much towards him, When we got to the kennels we couldn't get an answer for at least twenty minutes, they came outside but wouldn't let us in, like they did at the beginning ,they took the dog in then when I asked for my deposit back they told me I couldn't have my money back, as apparently it was a donation. It was towards the dogs operation so we could have his op done ourself, how can it be towards his op then suddenly turn into a donation , once the dog has been returned. donation it was not, take into account the dog had no jabs , had worms ect. Do not recommend.Feels like I been ripped off.

Our dogs love coming here. There aren’t many kennels around where the dogs are pulling on the lead to get in! We use them every time with completely confidence!

I do not recommend, they are not professionals, they messed me up, I brought my girl there, I had an appointment, I paid the deposit, and I did not find anyone there, I got messed up and with the money given, of course I did not receive the deposit back. Disappointing:((

Monty loves going to Partridge Farm! The staff are really friendly and clearly care a lot about the dogs. It’s about half an hour from us but well worth the drive to know our dog is happy and well looked after.

Really good service. I’m leaving our dog two times in a row now. I can only suggest they can install live cctv so the owners can see their pets.

Our dog loves going to daycare here. Great for socialising her. The staff look after her well and our dog can't wait to see them. Also we have used the boarding facilities here and can't thank partridge farm enough for looking after our doggy so well.

My dog went here for 4 days, I was greeted by a lovely lady and my dog seemed to like her from the very first greeting. I was able to message and get an update about his stay which was lovely and the whole experience was really good. I find it hard to trust kennels as some of the others I’ve been to have not been as good but this was such a different experience and came highly recommended. It will now be highly recommended by me too and will definitely be coming back.

Great staff, they treat our boys very well. We have been reluctant to put our dogs in kennels until now. They come out bouncing and wagging, we never want to be without them but feel confident they are in good hands, if we ever cannot take our 3 dogs with us.
