I had a lash lift done with Laila for the second time and she never seems to disappoint. She always goes over and beyond to try and do the best lift for me as i have very short eyelashes. I would highly recommend Laila as she has in the past also cut mine and my daughters hair to a good standard.

One the Worst experience of my life. The service was very bad. Have no customer service skills. No hair cutting experience, hair was treated really rough. I wanted a certain hair and style, she did not listen to what I wanted and instead messed up my hair, tried to fix but did not do a good job. Way over priced. I was over charged for a very poor job, They are very sly, entered wrong amount on the card machine, which I paid for without checking my mistake and when I asked and requested my money back they refused to give it back knowing they are at fault. I wonder if they are even qualified they need to be reported. Extremely disappointed

Had a Hollywood, underarm and full legs. The staff were very understanding and nice, there was no judgement. The place was nice and quiet and relatively easy to get to. If you're looking for waxing for a good price this is where to go

One of the worst experience I ever had. It seems that the staff has no haircutting knowledge at all. My hair was handled so roughly, it hurt my scalp. It was like she was pouring out her frustrations n all annoyance on my hair. Without even enquiring my preference of dry/ wet hair cut, she continued with a dry one and didn't even styled d cut. No use of serums before or after a haircut. Such pathetic and poor customer service I didn't expected at all. No value for money and too pricey for such a disastrous service. Avoid !!!!!
